Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- Pre-orders, custom-made products, sale items, and used products are not eligible for return or exchange
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Returns are only accepted in case of wrong size delivered
How to Initiate a Return

Reverse Pickup
- Available for most serviceable pin codes in India
- If not available, customer must ship the product at their own expense

Reverse pickup usually takes 1–3 working days after approval.
Quality Check & Refund
- Returned products will undergo a quality check
- Processing time: 7–10 working days
- Refund will be issued as store credit
- A 2.5% processing fee may be deducted
Important Notes
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Color variation may occur due to lighting (±15%)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- International orders are not eligible for reverse pickup
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
